James William Walker

It is with sadness that the family of James William "Jim" Walker announces his passing on June 13, 2026, at the age of 77. Jim was a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, and Chicago Blackhawks, faithfully following his favorite teams throughout his life. He was known for his loyalty, dedication, and love of sports. Jim retired from Canada Post in 2011 after 27 years of service, where he was respected by colleagues and made many lasting friendships throughout his career. He was the beloved husband of Judy Hanson, with whom he shared many years of love and companionship. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cresmount Funeral Home. Jim will be lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
