Jamie Marvella Tate

Jamie Marvella Tate, 61, of Bean Station walked into the Lord’s arms at 1:00 pm September 7, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Patsy Tate. She is survived by several cousins, Joe Wolfe (Sharon Ann), Carolyn Williams (Glenn), Danny Wolfe (Tonya), and Bryan Wolfe (Raelyn). When God allowed Jamie’s soul to choose what body she wanted, she chose one unable to see, speak or walk. This was a life lesson for us all and showed us the strength that Patsy and Marvin had. Jamie was our families one pure soul. Free of worldly sin. She was healed and walked into our Savior's arms. Our world will not be the same without her. A special thank you to Serenity House and Smoky Mountain Hospice. Per Patsy’s request, a Graveside service will be held Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2:00pm at Heaths Chapel Cemetery in Bean Station with Rev. Tim Jones officiating.
