The 18th of June, 2026, he passed away at the Chicoutimi Hospital at the age of 76 years and 6 months, Mr. Jean-Claude Roy, residing in Chicoutimi. He was the son of the late Mrs. Jeanne Chouinard and the late Mr. Hubert Roy.
He was entrusted to the crematorium of the Funeral Alliance of the Kingdom and his ashes will be buried at the Catholic Cemetery of Farnham at a later date.
He was the brother of: the late Madeleine Roy, the late Maurice, the late Georges, Georgette (late Jules Langdeau), the late Diane, the late Céline, and the late Léonce.
His great friend Marielle Tremblay and his close friend Gaston Laprise (Micheline Doucet)
He also leaves behind many nephews, nieces, family, and friends.
