Joan Kinser, age 90, of Mosheim, passed away on July 24, 2026, at Johnson City Medical Center.
She attended Grace Baptist Church. Joan was preceded in death by her husband, John Louis Kinser, her parents Hazel Moyer Phillips and John Walter Phillips, her son Stephen Louis Kinser, and her brother Allen Lee Phillips.
The funeral service will be 2 pm on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Brown Springs Church in Mosheim, officiated by Rev. Bayless Kinser. Interment will follow in Brown Springs Cemetery beside her husband.
Her life reflected faith, family, and community support, and she is deeply loved and remembered by her family.
