Joan Stern of Lakewood, New Jersey, passed on September 18, 2026.
Joan was born in Syracuse, New York, on July 20, 1937. She married her love, Stanley Stern, on July 7, 1957. They raised two sons in Queens, NY.
Joan is survived by her husband, Stanley; sons, Richard and Lawrence; and their partners. Joan had five granddaughters and 10 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at Beth Israel Cemetery, located at 1098 Woodbridge Center Dr., Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095.
Guests are invited to meet directly at the cemetery office.
