John Frolander was born on November 30, 1955, and entered Heaven on May 19, 2026.John married the love of his life, Rhonda Frolander, on May 10, 1992. Together they built a beautiful family and shared a life filled with love, faith, laughter, and devotion. John was a proud dad to eight children: Tonya Brynie, Nicole Rangel, William Green, Kitty Frolander, Joe Green, Corey Frolander, Lace Frolander, and Tom Frolander. He was also blessed with 24 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life. He leaves behind his loving siblings: Albert Frolander Jr., Eric Frolander, Peter Frolander, and Coral Krahel. One of John’s favorite songs was “Dash” by Crowder and TobyMac, and he requested that it be played at his funeral because it perfectly reflected his view of life. As he would say:John Frolander11/30/1955 – 05/19/2026Between those two dates there is a dash — and that dash represents how we live our lives. John often reflected on the question:“What do you do with your dash?”John lived his dash fully.Throughout his life, John wore many hats. He was a restaurant owner, contractor, real estate broker, investor, and true entrepreneur. No matter what career path he pursued, the most important part of his life was always his family. He was a loving husband, devoted father, proud grandpa, caring brother, son, uncle, and faithful friend.More than anything else, John’s greatest hope was that the family and friends he loved would one day join him in Heaven.John was preceded in death by daughter, Kitty Frolander; sister, Coral Krahel; mother, Cora Frolander; father, Albert Frolander; mother-in-law, Arlene Tadlock; father-in-law, James Tadlock; sisters-in-law, Dede Frolander and Paula Bustro/Tadlock, along with many cherished grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. The day before John passed, he opened his big blue eyes wide and said with a beautiful smile that reached all the way to his loving eyes,“There’s going to be a party in Heaven.”The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, friendship, encouragement, and love throughout John’s cancer journey and throughout his life. John touched many lives, and there are countless stories worth sharing.John is deeply missed every day. We take comfort in knowing he is now in Heaven, in the presence of God, reunited with loved ones who went before him.
