Juan "Jr." Silva

Juan “Jr.” Silva, 73, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on August 18, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Juan was born on May 25, 1953, in Rochelle, Illinois. Throughout his 73 years of life, Juan was deeply loved by his family and those fortunate enough to know him. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy through the many generations of family who will continue to carry his memory with them.

Juan is survived by his loving wife, Judy Silva; his son, Davin Silva; his daughter, Sarah Silva and Lisa Cerna; his brother, Richard Silva; and his sisters, Virginia Silva and Janie Orchard. He was also a proud grandfather to 18 grandchildren and great-grandfather to 9 great-grandchildren.

Juan’s family was an important part of his life, and the love shared among them will remain a lasting part of his legacy. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories, stories, laughter, and moments shared with him will continue to live on through everyone who loved him.

The Silva family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has reached out, offered prayers, shared memories, and shown love and support during this difficult time. Your kindness and the time you shared with Juan mean more to the family than words can express.
