Juliette St-Laurent, born in 1927 and passed away in 2026, died at the CHSLD de Malartic at the age of 99. She was a resident of Malartic, daughter of the late Philippe St-Laurent and Évelyne Roy, and wife of the late Réal Charette. Her family expressed gratitude to the staff at CHSLD de Malartic for their care. The funeral services included an inhumation at the cemetery of Val-d’Or on August 4, 2026.
Her survivors include her children Yvon (Louise), Colette, Gilles, Gaetan (Lise), and Jean, along with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, in-laws, nephews, nieces, and many relatives and friends. Donations in her memory were encouraged to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Maison de la Source Gabriel.
