Greenville SC - Leola R Wright passed on June 23, 2026, at the age of 91.Leola was born on July 16, 1934 in Oconee, South Carolina, to the late Mitchell and Bessie Mae Seigler Roach. She was a faithful member of Travelers Rest United Methodist Church until her health declined. Leola enjoyed collecting antiques, spending time with her family, and serving the Lord.Leola is survived by her son Andy Gibbs; two grandchildren: Jeremy Gibbs (Kimberly) and Chris Gibbs; four great grandchildren; three sisters: Vera Hester, Shirley Roach, and Elaine Hall.In addition her her parents, Leola was preceded in death by her husband Charles E Wright; and six siblings: Annie Donald, Rose Petty, Floyd Roach, Lois McAdams, David Roach, and Dorothy Roach.A Cryptside service will be held on Friday June 26,2026 at 10:30 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park located at 2410 Gentry Memorial Hwy. Pickens SC 29671.The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.Dillard Funeral Home is assisting the Wright family with their arrangements.
