Lorraine Larose, born in 1942 and passed away on September 15, 2026, at the age of 83. She resided in Val-d'Or and was the daughter of the late Cléophas Larose and Magella Hamel. Lorraine was the wife of Réjean Bélanger.
She is survived by her children Hélène (Richard) and Martine (Marcel); her grandchildren Nicholas and Alexandre (Reanna); her nieces, nephews, and many relatives and friends.
The family thanks the staff of the Foyer de Val-d'Or for the good care provided. Donations can be made to the CHSLD de Val-d'Or, located at 1212 Avenue Brébeuf, Val-d'Or, Québec. The funeral arrangements and burial at Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci Cemetery will be held at a later date.
