At the Hôtel-Dieu de Québec, on July 26, 2026, at the age of 76, Mr. Louis Carrier passed away, son of the late Madame Estelle D’Astous and the late Mr. Louis-Maurice Carrier, husband of Madame Cécile Deschênes. He resided in Baie-Comeau.

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday, September 6, 2026, the day of the funeral, starting at 9 a.m.
A memorial service for Mr. Louis Carrier will be held at the Haute-Côte-Nord–Manicouagan Funeral Cooperative on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 11 a.m.
He leaves behind, besides his wife, his children: Michel (Agnie Chicoine), Hélène, Guy (Joanie Aubé), and Steeve; his grandchildren: Lily-Ann, Myriam, Mikko, William, Mouhamed, Pascal, James, Kiné, and Logan, as well as his brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, uncles and aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
