At the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, on July 12, 2026, at the age of 92, Madame Louise Laveau passed away. She was the wife of the late Hugues Roberge. She was the daughter of the late Albert-Edward Laveau and Marcelle Morazain. She lived in Saint-Sylvestre.

Her family will receive visitors at the Saint-Sylvestre multi-purpose hall at 435, rue de l’École, Saint-Sylvestre, Québec, G0S 3C0.

Condolences will be held on August 8, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a celebration at 12:15 pm in the same place.

She is survived by her children: Christine, the late Anne (the late Jay Trettien), Jean-François (Claude Potvin). Her grandchildren include Louis-Philippe, Marie-Claude Morency, Pascale Roberge (Domenique Pizzi), Jérôme, and Frédéric Roberge. Her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren are Geneviève Désilet, Olivier Roberge, and Maëlle Désilet.

She also leaves behind the families Laveau, Morazain, and Roberge, as well as many cousins, relatives, and friends.

The family wishes to thank the doctors and healthcare staff: Lina Richard, Françoise Dubé, Laurette Létourneau, Lisette Côté, Ghislaine Saint-Hilaire, Sylvie Therrien, and Gisèle Parent, as well as the staff at CLSC, the Lotbinière Home Care Cooperative, and the palliative care team at Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis.
