Luis H Maury Jr.

Luis Hermilo “Luisito” Maury Jr. went to be with his Creator on September 25, 2026.

Luisito graduated from Lincoln Park School, where he was dearly loved and easily made friends. He was a very happy person who brought joy to those around him.

Luisito loved to dance and dress up. He especially enjoyed the music of Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley, as well as The Fonz. He also loved his superhero action figures and treasured his collection of toy cars.

Luisito is survived by his father, Luis Maury Sr. (Maria Elena Serrato); his only aunt, Eva C. Gonzalez; and his cousins, Gabriela Parra Seibel, David Gonzalez Jr., Griselda Ceballos, Brian Gonzalez, Vanessa Ceballos, Valoric Ceballos, Victoria Ceballos, and Joe Roy Ceballos.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Estela C. Maury, and his sister, Ma. Luisa Maury.

Luisito will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. What wonderful memories he has left for his family and loved ones to cherish forever.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, Texas 78521, on October 2, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. A Rosary will be held at the same location at 7:00 p.m.

Continued visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Visitation October 3, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Burial will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, Texas 78521, on October 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
