Laval Tremblay passed away peacefully at the age of 69 years and 9 months, surrounded by family at the CIUSSS Saguenay Lac St-Jean / Hôpital de La Baie. He was the beloved husband of Guylaine Durand and father of Jean-François Tremblay (Myriam Bilodeau) and Kenny Tremblay. Laval was also the son of the late Brigitte Desgagné and Rosaire Tremblay. His family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 13:00 to 16:00 at the Cooperative Funeral Home of the Fjord, located at 1186, 2e Rue, La Baie. A Christian remembrance service will be held the same day at 16:00 in the chapel of the same funeral home. Laval is mourned by his wife Guylaine Durand, his father Rosaire Tremblay, his sons, siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
