On April 23, 2026, Serge Boudreault, aged 56 years and 5 months, passed away surrounded by his family at the Home for Palliative Care of Saguenay. He was the beloved husband of Mrs. Isabelle Fleury, native of La Baie. Serge was the son of Madeleine Côté and Jean-Marie Boudreault.
He was passionate about sports and outdoor activities, enjoying hunting and fishing throughout his life. A dedicated worker, Serge dedicated 35 years of his career to Bombardier.
Serge leaves behind his cherished daughters: Andréanne Boudreault and Chloé Boudreault; his wife: Isabelle Fleury; his parents: Jean-Marie Boudreault and Madeleine Côté; his brothers: Sylvain Boudreault (Josée Simard) and Éric Boudreault (Nadyne Doucet); his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Maryse Fleury (Daniel Boutet), Régis Fleury (Nathalie Grondin), and Karine Fleury; and his parents-in-law: André Fleury and Denise Boudreault.
He also leaves many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and relatives.
The family thanks Dr. Martine Roy and the entire team at the Saguenay Palliative Care Home for their support and care for Serge. Donations in his memory can be made online to the TIMI Foundation supporting regional cultural and sports projects.
