Marcia Leos, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and cherished friend, passed away on August 10, 2026, at the age of 79. She was born on September 24, 1946, in Bremond, Texas, and was raised in a large, loving family.

Marcia made her home in Lubbock, Texas, where she built a life filled with family, love, and countless memories. She was married to Santos Leos, who preceded her in death. She also shared her life with Pete Gutierrez, who also predeceased her.

Her greatest joy was her family — she was the proud mother of Joe Leos and Rosa Espinoza, grandmother to seven grandchildren, a great-grandmother to eight great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandmother to four. Marcia loved sewing, plants, and baking tamales with her family, cherishing moments of connection and tradition.

Her legacy lives on in her loved ones, touching their lives deeply and inspiring love, connection, and family bonds. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her love and the wonderful life she shared.
