Obituary
Madame Marguerite Thibault, née [Unknown], passed away at the age of 100 years and 8 months on July 27, 2026, at the CHSLD of Lévis. She was the wife of the late Wilfrid Bernard and daughter of the late Paul Thibault and Maria Nadeau of Saint-Philippe-de-Néri.
A woman of heart and deeply involved in her community, she generously volunteered more than 25 years as a volunteer auxiliary at Hôtel-Dieu of Lévis, and supported the Carrefour Christ-Roi.
She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and friends, and leaves behind her daughters Céline (Denis Martel) and Chantal (Claude Gagnon), grandchildren Patrick Martel (Daniel Larose), Steeve Martel, François Bernard Thibault (Marie Forest), Janie Bernard Thibault (Johnny Wang), great-grandchildren Alexandre, Audrey, and William Martel, sister-in-law, Albert Soucy, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The family thanks the staff of CHSLD Lévis for their kindness and dedication. Condolences can be sent at the Coopérative funéraire des Deux Rives, Centre funéraire d'Aubigny, located at 154, rue du Mont-Marie, Lévis G6V 8X1, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, followed by a prayer service at 3:45 pm. The interment of the ashes will take place later at Mont-Marie cemetery.
Memorial donations can be made to the Fondation de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis.
