Maria Dejesa Dangculos

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Maria "Mayang" Dejesa Dangculos on September 4, 2026. She left this world peacefully, surrounded by loved ones.

"Mayang" or "Maya" as she is more commonly known, and fondly called "Mama" by her family, was born on February 2, 1949 in Botolan, Zambales, Philippines to Mateo Dejesa and Dolores Viaña Dejesa.

She was the beloved wife of Juanito Dangculos and a loving mother to Chevie and Cherleen and step-mother to Cecille and a devoted grandmother to Carissa, Cailey and Nico.

In memory of Maria, family will receive friends from 4pm until 8pm on Friday, October 16, 2026 with a prayer service beginning at 7pm, all at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, followed by a funeral mass the next day on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 12:00 noon at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 5830 Mesa Park Dr., Las Vegas.

As we say our goodbyes, let us remember the laughter and love that Maria brought to us and may the lessons of her life continue to illuminate our path toward a brighter future.
