She was born in Garfield Heights, Ohio, to the late Jack and Helen Revelt.Marie was a talented artist and journalist who also had a deep love for animals. She and her late husband, Damon Stakes, shared a wonderful life together and enjoyed traveling the world, experiencing many beautiful places and creating cherished memories.Family was always Marie’s greatest priority. She was a loving and devoted mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend who was always there for those she loved. She also found great joy in gardening, planting flowers and trees, and spending time surrounded by nature.Marie had a heart of gold and touched the lives of many with her kindness, compassion, and generous spirit. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
