Mark Edward Fallon, born March 14, 1956, passed away on July 23, 2026. Mark’s life was defined by his dedication to faith, country, family, and education. A native of West Palm Beach, Mark was an ardent advocate for homeschool families in Florida. He worked diligently to pass the Craig Dickinson Act, to the benefit of his own children and all other homeschool students in the state. Mark himself was educated locally. As a lifelong lover of complicated math problems and puzzles, he earned a degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. As a child, he attended St. Juliana Catholic School and Cardinal Newman High School alongside several of his siblings.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Nina Marie (née Paluga), and siblings Patrick, Matthew (Karen), and Vivian. Also surviving are children Heather, Jonathan (Carolynn), Joshua (Gayle); grandchildren Arthur (Courtney) and Kiersten (Tyler); and great-grandchildren Bronson and Lincoln. He is predeceased by his older brother James and sister Kathleen.
Mark retired from the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department, where he served his community for over twenty years. Mark’s communal legacy also lives in the profound impact he made in the lives of those around him. He is remembered for his generosity, as he quietly helped many in need, even strangers. He cherished the congregants he met through the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, in addition to his coworkers and neighbors, all of whom he considered extended family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 5411 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33417, on July 28, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
