Martha Luella Browne passed peacefully on August 20, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on January 14, 1947, in Raleigh, she was the daughter of the late Micou Browne and Katherine Browne. She lived most of her life in Raleigh and was a graduate of Peace College. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Mary Anne Gregory Browne. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 26th at 1:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Raleigh, NC.
