It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Mary Elizabeth Cieplinski. A devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, Mary brought a quiet warmth and gentle grace to everyone who knew her.

Mary’s greatest joy in life was her family. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy carried on by her daughter, Melissa Dalpee, and her son-in-law, Andrew Dalpee, who she loved like her own. Her brightest smiles were always reserved for her cherished granddaughters, Jane and Anne, who will forever remember their grandmother's endless patience and unconditional love. She is also survived by her sister, Beverly McCarthy, with whom she shared a lifetime of memories.

In the Garden: Mary had a green thumb and a gift for nurturing growth. She could often be found tending to her plants, finding a quiet sanctuary among the blooms and soil.

At the Table: A master of patience, Mary loved puzzles. Whether it was a complex thousand-piece jigsaw covering the dining table or a challenging crossword, she possessed the rare ability to see how pieces fit together—a trait she applied beautifully to her own life.

On the Ice: Beneath her gentle exterior beat the heart of a passionate hockey fan. Mary loved the energy, the strategy, and the excitement of the game, rarely missing a chance to cheer on her favorite team.

Mary’s warmth, her quiet determination, and her dedication to her family will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the gardens she planted, the puzzles she solved, and the family she loved so completely.
