Mary J. Geiger, 88, of Enola, passed away Thursday, August 6,2026 at Capital Rehabilitation Center.
Born May 27,1938 in Bressler, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Zart) Zerance; and preceded in death by her husband, Robert Geiger; five brothers, Michael Zerance, Edward Zerance, James Zerance, William Zerance and Robert “Blackie” Zerance; and two sisters, Rose Ann Drewett and Peggy Brantner.
Surviving are two daughters, Margaret Shatto and her husband, Scott and Christine Marsh and her husband, Joseph; three grandchildren, Michelle Erno, Marrissa Rettger and Benjamin Shatto; two great-grandchildren, Sophia Erno and Cecelia Erno; and two brothers, Richard Zerance and John Zerance.
Mary was a retired building manager for the PA. Department of General Services and a former member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, August 13,2026 at the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. A viewing will be from 10:00 AM Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
