Maurice Lavoie
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Maurice Lavoie on May 21, 2026, aged 89. He was the husband of Ghislaine Chouinard.
He leaves behind his stepson Benoit, stepdaughter Mélanie, and granddaughters Livia and Mila, his sister Lise, nephews, nieces, and many family and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:30 at the Résidence funéraire Laval located at 2000, rue Cunard, Laval QC H7S 2G5, Canada. The funeral service will be held there, with an exposition from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Memorial donations can be made to the Maison de la Sérénité. The family thanks the staff of La Maison de la Sérénité for their support and dedication.
