Merle John Carr passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026 in North Kansas City, MO. He was born on November 15,1935 in Atlantic, IA to the late George Grant Carr and Clara Brossam Carr.
John was the beloved husband of the late Phyllis Mary Carr for 57 years. He was the loving father of Glenda Carr, Carol Jacobs, Roger Carr, Harold Carr (Lisa). John was the proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is also survived by his sister, Sharon Rock (Larry). He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
