Michael “Shane” Parker, 51, passed away on April 25, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his parents, Henry and Sandra Parker of Martinez; his brothers, Tommy (Elizabeth) Parker of Martinez, Stephen (Tina) Parker of Martinez, and Justin (Christine) Parker of Buford; and his nieces and nephews, Julian, Saige (Brayden), Lilly, T.J., Charlie, Kylie, Halina, and Henry, as well as his great-nephew, Josiah.
Shane was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest and Amy Cavender of Macon, and Henry and Ruth Wilder of Macon.
Shane was a diesel technician with Ryder Transportation for many years.
In his spare time, Shane enjoyed fishing, cooking and eating good meals, spending time with friends, and caring for his beloved cat, Domino. Shane was also an automotive enthusiast.
Arrangements are entrusted to Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private.
