It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mrs. Mildred Deer Bush of Kahnawake on the 2nd of July 2026 at the age of 94.
Predeceased by her late husband, Louis Chester Bush, late son, Arthur Michael Bush, sisters Margaret and Eileen, brother Joe, and best friends Marie and Delores.
She leaves behind her 8 children Kathy (late Josepi), Georgina, Eric, David, Andrew (Tawnie), Carol (late Tommy), Chris (Audra) and Sara, her best friend and sister in law Warisose Myrtle Bush, her 22 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She will be resting at the Kahnawake Legion starting Sunday July 5, 2026 at 2 p.m. The service will take place at the Kahnawake Catholic Church on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor to Kateri Food Basket Free Food For Everyone would be appreciated.
