Nicholas Joseph Chaffin, 36, of Kearney, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on July 28, 2026. Nick was born on December 11, 1989, in Kansas City, MO to Donald and the late Shelby Chaffin.
Nick attended Oak Park High School and was a long-time employee at FedEx MCI. He loved sports, especially football, and mixed martial arts. He was an avid Chiefs fan. Nick was a hard worker and an amazing family member. He always looked after his family and would help them in every way he could. Nick was very funny and had a wonderful heart. Life threw him many obstacles, but he always kept trying.
