Ofelia C Rodriguez entered eternal rest on May 20, 2026, at the age of 84, born on April 11, 1942, to Arturo Cantu and Guadalupe Garza.She is survived with deep sorrow by six children, Mary Nelly (Ruben Garcia) Rodriguez, Ramiro (Diana) Rodriguez, Manuel (Sandra) Rodriguez Jr., Ricardo (Juanita) Rodriguez, Maribel (Ricardo) Morales, Mariluz Rodriguez; three sisters, Juanita, Olga, Sylvia; fifteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one on the way; many more family and friends.She is reunited in heaven with her husband, Manuel A. Rodriguez Sr.; parents, Arturo Cantu and Guadalupe Garza; eight siblings, Alfredo Cantu, Santos Cantu, Ramiro Cantu Garza, Oralia Cantu Garcia, Reynaldo Cantu Garza, Arturo Cantu Garza, Rogelio Cantu Garza, Odilia Cantu Esquivel.A viewing will be held at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission on Monday, May 25, 2026 from 5pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm. Funeral mass will be at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 10am followed by burial at San Jose Cemetery.
