At the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, on July 8, 2026, at the age of 93 years and 11 months, Madame Pierrette Tremblay, wife of the late Monsieur Maurice Ampleman, daughter of the late Madame Blanche D'Astous and the late Monsieur Charles Tremblay, passed away. She resided in Lévis.
She leaves behind her children: Pierre (Sylvie Nadeau), Jacques (Odette Blais), Hélène (Denis Blais), and Marie-Josée (Jean Turgeon); her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her brother and sisters: Guy (the late Bernadette), Gaëtane (the late Jean), and Claire (André); as well as many nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
The family wishes to thank all the staff of palliative care on the 4th floor of Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis for their good care and tenderness shown to her.
