Ray was born on June 24, 1947, in Fort Kent, Maine. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and later earned his BS in Business Administration from CCSU. Ray enjoyed playing cards, cheering for UConn Women’s Basketball and the Boston Red Sox, and watching science-fiction movies. He was a devoted family man and cherished time spent with loved ones. Ray passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, surrounded by family.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie, children Bethany, Ryan, and Randy, and grandchildren Ethan, Kyle, Caide, Leila, and Danielle. He also leaves behind brothers Philip and James, sister Ann, and was predeceased by his twin brother Ronald.
