She was a member of the community of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary and had a religious life of 70 years. She passed away at the Residence Jardin de la Gare in Saint-Hyacinthe, just one day before her 92nd birthday, leaving behind her religious family, relatives, and friends. Her funeral was held on June 19, 2026, at La Cathédrale, with a web broadcast available.
She was the daughter of Blanche Gravel and Arthur Montpetit.
