Richard Lynn Loughmiller

Richard L Loughmiller, 77, was born Sept. 11, 1949, in Oklahoma City. He died Sept 23, 2026 in Oklahoma City, after a brief illness.

He was the 4th of nine children born to Thomas and Louise Loughmiller. He attended Corpus Christi Grade school and graduated from Bishop McGuinness high School in 1968. .He worked in construction and built numerous Sonic Drive-Ins nationwide. He had his own company called Rick of All Trades for many years. A talented mechanic from the age of 14 when he built his own motor scooter from a bicycle and lawnmower engine. Landscaping was also one of his strong suits. Rick loved riding his Scoot (Harley), and enjoyed several trips to Sturgis.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Thomas, Tim and Donald. His sister Claudia Poe and also preceded him in death. He is survived by two sisters, Mary Kathryn Davis and Tricia Martin, and two brothers Mike and Tony. Richard is also survived by his daughter DeeDee Trammell and two grandchildren, Reece and Brynn.

A memorial service for Rick will be held at 3:30pm at Rose Hill Burial Park.
