It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Richard (K-Cor) Marchand, who died on June 23, 2026, at the Ville-Marie Hospital, at the age of 69.
His family invites relatives and friends to gather and pay tribute on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, July 10 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, at the Saint-Bruno-de-Guigues Senior Citizens' Hall. The funeral will follow at 4:00 PM at the same location's church.
He leaves behind his son Éric (Cassandra Brien-Woodberry), his daughter Jessie (Benoit Gagnon), his cherished granddaughter Ivannie, and his beloved grandson Malek.
He is also survived by his siblings Monic, Ghyslain (Danielle Caron), the late Lise (Richard Chalifoux), and Vicky, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends.
He joins his parents Marie-Lourdes and Sylvio, his sister Lise, his brothers Gérald and Réjean, and his partner Denise Robert who passed in 2023.
The family thanks the staff of Ville-Marie Hospital for their excellent care. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Mission Tournesol is suggested.
