Robert "Phil" Gould was a dedicated Navy air traffic controller and a passionate supporter of aviation and faith. He served his country honorably and cherished his family and community. His life was marked by service, teaching, and kindness, and he is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter. A celebration of his life will be held in Florida.
