Roger Viau, aged 65 years, passed away on June 15, 2026.
He was the husband of Mme Julie Pichette and lived in Jonquière.
He was the son of the late Mme Ghislaine Lebeau and the late M. Ernest Viau.
Funeral services held at Complexe funéraire Chicoutimi, with visitation from 12h to 15h, and the funeral ceremony at 15h.
He is survived by his wife Julie, daughters Émilie (Cassandra McNichol) and Audréanne, and granddaughter Alycia.
Predeceased by family members including his parents, siblings Pierre Langevin, Bernard Langevin, Bernard Viau, Gabrielle Viau Wood, Lise Langevin, and Louise Viau.
A celebration of the Word was held on June 15, 2026, at 15h at the Chapelle de la 5e saison.
He was described as a man generous with his time, always ready to help, and was well thought of in his community.
