Sister Eileen Murray, GNSH, passed away peacefully after a life of dedicated service on September 5, 2026, at the age of 102. She was born in Ogdensburg, NY, and entered the Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart in 1941. Sister Eileen devoted nearly seven decades to Catholic education and ministry, teaching across various states and inspiring many with her enthusiasm for science and love for her students. She found particular joy in serving as a group mother at St. Joseph's Home in Ogdensburg from 1945 to 1960 and later in pastoral ministry at St. Jude the Apostle Parish in Atlanta. She was a generous and joyful spirit who reflected Christ's love through her actions.
