Stephen Arthur Fredrick (58) passed away peacefully April 20, 2026. He was born October 7, 1967, in Phoenix, AZ to parents Reverend John A. Fredrick and Juana Welpton Fredrick. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Christy Fredrick and his parents. He is survived by his brother David (Angie) and nephews David and Alex.
Stephen graduated from Coronado High school in 1985 and was a faithful AZ Cardinals fan
A Celebration of Life will be held at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 East Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85022, US, on May 30, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
