Steven Ward Kilpatrick, 67, passed on August 9, 2026. He was born on February 5, 1959, and resided in Knoxville, Tennessee. Steve was a member of Lakeway Presbyterian Church. He was the founder and president of DV Communications. He served as president of the North Hills Garden Club and on the Dogwood Arts Board.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Clara Kilpatrick; and extended family, J. B. Allen; Walter and Margie Maples.
Steve is survived by his wife of 30 years, Eleanor Kilpatrick; brother and sister in law, Michael and Brenda Spears and family; extended family, Anna Allen, Danny and Cindy Allen and family, Debby and Tim Foland and family; sister in law and brother in law, Liesl and Mark Marmon; father in law and mother in law, Andy and Becky Waldrop.
Receiving of Friends will be held at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920, on August 12, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Private graveside ceremony will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on August 22nd at 2:00 pm at Redeemer Church of Knoxville, 1642 Highland Ave, Knoxville, TN 37916.
