Susan Renee Parker, 56, of Paris, Texas passed away May 22, 2026 at Paris Regional Health surrounded by family and friends. She was born on January 17, 1970, to Arthur and Evelyn Muraira in Frankfort, Indiana.
Susan was known for her fun-loving spirit. She loved making memories with her family and friends and was always someone who could make others smile and laugh. She was a long-time member of the Eagles Lodge.
In her younger years, Susan loved camping and riding horses with her family, creating memories that would stay close to her heart throughout her life. She treasured time spent with loved ones and enjoyed the simple moments in life.
She is proceeded in death by her mother and father. Sister Patricia Ann Lester
Susan leaves behind cherished family members who will forever hold her memory close, including the man she considered her dad Grady Finney. Her partner Cory Reaves. Sister Sandra and husband Roger Simmons, niece Tiffany and husband Leon Winchester, niece Beverly and husband Michael Smith, nephew Stoney Stout and wife Chelsey. As well as many great and great-great nieces and nephews. Two special friends, Shabecka Wilson and Melissa Jones.
Susan will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her. A celebration of her life is scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday, May 27th at the Pavilion of Red Hill Cemetery with a visitation at 1:30pm. Bright-Holland Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
