Madame Sylvie Gonthier, in Quebec, passed away on August 23, 2026, at the age of 68. She was the wife of the late Jean Dumas and loved Hector Lambert. She was the daughter of the late Paul Gonthier and Pierette Mercier. She lived in the city of Quebec.
She is survived by her children Jean-François and Audrey Dumas-Gonthier, her brothers and sister Alain, Lucie (Serge Labbé), and Pierre (Manon Tremblay), as well as her nephews and nieces.
Her loyal friends who supported her through her life and the family of her late husband, the Dumas, are also mourning her.
The family will receive condolences in the presence of the ashes at the Saint-Charles Funeral Center, 1420 Wilfrid-Hamel, Quebec. The funeral service will be held on September 7, 2026.
