William 7ill8 of Waynesboro, passed away peacefully at The Regency at Augusta, Fishersville.Born in Syracuse, NY, Bill served a tour in Vietnam, married Kathy, and lived in Germany and New York before moving to Virginia. He was a dedicated family man, a volunteer, and a proud Irish Catholic. His life reflects faith, duty, and unconditional love.
