Albertina Francisca Espinosa

Albertina Francisca Espinosa, affectionately remembered for her vibrant spirit, love of family, creativity, and zest for life, was born on November 29, 1955, in Belém Pará, Brazil, to Rita M. Charron and Albert A. Charron.

Albertina lived a joyful and adventurous life, traveling and making memories in South Carolina, Brazil, Germany, Curaçao, Florida, Maryland, and Texas. It was in Texas that she ultimately settled, building a life filled with love and family alongside her beloved husband, Fernando Espinosa, and her daughters, Luzerita Windsor and Isabel Lindsey.

Albertina had a deep love for gardening. No matter where she lived, she made sure there were beautiful flowers, plants, or a garden surrounding her. Gardening was more than a hobby to Albertina; it was a source of joy, peace, beauty, and meditation. Her gardens reflected the care and creativity she brought to all aspects of her life.

Her love for the arts was equally profound. Albertina expressed her creativity through ceramics and eventually owned her own ceramic shop, where she had the joy of working alongside her daughters. Her artistic talents also became an opportunity to share one of her greatest gifts: teaching. She loved passing along her knowledge and creativity to others, inspiring those around her to discover the joy of making something beautiful with their own hands.

Yet, above all of her passions and accomplishments, nothing compared to Albertina's love for her family. Her family was her greatest joy, and the love she shared with them was at the center of her life. She created a legacy not only through the places she traveled and the art she created, but through the people she loved, taught, nurtured, and inspired.

Albertina is survived by her beloved husband, Fernando Espinosa; her daughters, Luzerita Windsor and Isabel Lindsey and her son-in-law, Patrick Lindsey; her grandchildren, Thalia Lindsey, Kitana Conard, Arayah Lindsey, and David Hall; and her great-grandchildren, Iden Windsor, Theodore Conard, Samara Lindsey, Sophia Lindsey, and Archer Lindsey.

She is also survived by her sisters, Rosana Mick and Regina Sanders, as well as her nieces and nephew, Christina Kimm, Lucy Gilbert, and Jonathan Mick.

Albertina was preceded in death by her parents, Rita M. Charron and Albert A. Charron, and her beloved brother, Robert M. Charron.

Albertina's life was vibrant, creative, adventurous, and deeply rooted in love. She found beauty in a garden, joy in creating art, fulfillment in teaching, and her greatest happiness in her family. The flowers she planted, the art she created, the lessons she shared, and the love she gave will continue to bloom through the generations she leaves behind. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 1200 S. Bagdad Road, in Leander, Texas. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor Albertina’s life, share memories, and celebrate the beautiful legacy of love she leaves behind.
