Diana Elizabeth Valles

June 24, 2026 Pike River, Quebec Dignity Memorial

Diana Elizabeth Valles, 71, was born on October 16, 1954, in Los Angeles, California, and passed away on June 24, 2026. She was a resident of Pico Rivera, California.

Diana devoted 30 years to her work as a school teacher, serving with steady commitment, patience, and a quiet strength that never sought recognition. After a long and meaningful career, she retired in 2023, leaving behind the lasting imprint of a life spent giving of herself with honesty, generosity, and care.

For 46 years, Diana was married to the love of her life, Andrew Valles. Together they built a home grounded in devotion and resilience, marked by a gentle spirit and a selfless kind of love that made others feel seen and supported. She was a beloved mother whose warmth and outgoing nature brought people close, and whose steady presence remained a source of comfort and guidance.

Diana’s joy was found in the simple, beautiful rhythms of life—baking for those she loved, getting lost in a good book, and taking drives up PCH. She cherished camping, the outdoors, and days spent at the beach, embracing each moment with a sense of curiosity and an adventurous heart. Above all, her grandchildren were the center of her world; her life was her grandchildren, and she will be remembered for the tenderness and devotion she poured into them.

Diana is survived by her husband, Andrew Valles; her children, Regina Diane Chavez, Candice Valles, Matthew Valles, and Andrew M. Valles; and her grandchildren, David Chavez, James Chavez, Ariah Andujo, Valena Andujo, and Madison Valles.
