Jack Wayne Lewellen, 71, passed away Monday, July 13, 2026, at his residence. He was born January 18, 1955, to Clarence and Ruby Lewellen. Jack was a humble Army Veteran who loved his family deeply.
Jack is survived by his sons, Michael Lewellen (Jessica) and Mark Lewellen; his daughter, Jessica Emerson (Jamie); his brother, Danny Lewellen; and his grandchildren, Lucy Lewellen, Harrison Lewellen, Grayson Lewellen, and Reagan Lewellen.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Terri Krawczykowski.
