Jessica Ann Sims, 40, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, passed away Monday, September 14, 2026. She was born on November 3, 1985 in Montgomery, Alabama.
Jessica is survived by her husband and best friend, William Sims, to whom she was married on July 29, 2022; one son, Gavin Raine Sims, whom she cherished; her loving mother, Angelia Riley; three step-sisters, Katie Riley, Jennifer Riley, and Laurel Riley; and extended family.
A reception will be held at Ridout's Southern Heritage, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124, on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
