Lidia was born on January 24, 1946, in Argentina to her loving parents, Miguel Denoble and Avelina Chavez. From an early age, she carried a vibrant spirit, a love for life, and a deep devotion to family that would define her legacy.

Lidia will be fondly remembered for the joy she found in being a grandmother. Her grandchildren were the center of her world. She cherished every moment spent with them, sharing stories, laughter, and unconditional love.

She had a lively personality and a zest for adventure, especially when it came to her frequent trips to Louisiana, where she enjoyed visiting casinos. These outings were among her favorite pastimes, bringing her excitement and cherished memories.

In the kitchen, Lidia was unmatched. She was widely known for her delicious homemade empanadas and her signature pizza, both of which brought family and friends together. Her cooking was more than a talent. It was an expression of her love. In her younger years, Lidia had a deep passion for dancing tango, a skill she performed with grace and pride. Those who saw her dance will always remember the joy it brought.

She was always ready for an adventure, and her adoration and loyalty to her husband were unwavering. Thirty-nine years ago, she followed him in pursuit of his dream, moving their family from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Houston, Texas. Above all, Lidia was a devoted partner to her husband, Arnoldo Caraballo. Their love and companionship were a cornerstone of her life, built on years of shared experiences, laughter, and unconditional support.

Lidia Avelina Caraballo leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and cherished traditions. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on through the memories she created and the lives she touched.

She is survived by her spouse Arnoldo Caraballo, children Debora Caraballo Flores, Maria Caraballo, Grandchildren Antonio Gomez, Julian Gomez, Avelynn Gomez, Alyanna Wright, Jaylene Zarco, Neveah Zarco, Luna Navarro, Jesiah Flores, Janelle Flores and Jeorge Flores and great-grandchildren Julian Denoble, Kelvin Uresti and Lionel Gomez.
