Rafael Arambula, age 73, passed on May 10, 2026. He was born in Totolan, Jalisco, Mexico on February 16, 1953. He was married to Maria Arambula for 54 years.
He was a building engineer and had a strong devotion to First Presbyterian Church of Houston.
He found his greatest joy in singing and playing guitar with his family, and in lovingly caring for his yard and colorful flower gardens.
He is survived by his children Rafael, Sergio, Jaime, Daniel, and Miriam, daughter-in-laws Flor, Norma, Misty, and Stephanie. Grandchildren, Joey, Jordan, Mason, Daniella, Anthony, Taylor, Cameron, Briana, Kayelyn, Lauren, Eric, Alyssa, Hailey, Jacob, Samantha, and Camila. His great-grandchildren, Adalei, Parker, Sebastian, Raiden, Riece, Cooper, Liam, Zion, and Noelle. He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Cr, 9149 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095, US, on May 15, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location on May 15, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
