Roger Warren was a renowned civil engineer and the founding President of Rousseau Sauvé Warren (RSW) consulting engineers. He dedicated his career to hydroelectric power generation and was instrumental in the design of the La Grande hydroelectric complex and the James Bay hydroelectric project. A graduate of McGill University, Roger was celebrated for his expertise and numerous contributions to renewable energy development, both in Canada and internationally. He was also active in his community, supporting various organizations in Charlevoix, and was honored as an Officer of the Order of Canada and a knight of the National Order of Québec. Known for his enthusiasm, humor, kindness, and generosity, Roger’s vibrant spirit touched many, leaving a lasting legacy.
