Roger Warren was a renowned civil engineer and president founder of the engineering firm Rousseau, Sauvé, Warren (RSW). He was recognized for his expertise in hydroelectric power, contributing to major projects such as the La Grande hydroelectric complex and the James Bay hydroelectric project. He was born in Pointe-au-Pic, studied at McGill University, and received multiple honors including the Order of Canada and the National Order of Québec. He was active in various community initiatives in Charlevoix and dedicated to education and development in energy. Roger passed away peacefully at his home in Cap-À-L’Aigle, leaving a legacy of professional excellence and community service.
